Primary Function of Position

Essential Job Duties

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • English spoken at a professional fluent level (80% minimum).
  • Available for travel 5-10% of the year.
  • Advanced troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.
  • In-depth understanding of regulatory standards (FDA, ISO 13485) for equipment qualification.
  • Proficiency in developing protocols and executing validations.
  • Effective leadership of cross-functional projects.
  • Skilled in mentoring and training less experienced staff.
  • PLC's programming proven experience.
  • NPI and line transferences and equipment validation experience required.

Physical Requirements

  • Office and production floor work; potential travel between sites.
  • Lifting up to 15 lbs; extended standing/walking.
