Manufacturing Engineer – Production & Quality

We’re looking for a hands‑on manufacturing engineer to own mass‑production execution and quality performance at our contract manufacturers (CMs), spanning the full flow from SMT through final test. You will drive yield improvement, in‑line and outgoing quality, ATP and test readiness, RMA and corrective actions, and production/test equipment health, in close collaboration with R&D, NPI, Logistics, and Quality teams

 BSc in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering **or** Practical Electrical Engineer with equivalent experience.

• 3+  years of experience in electronics manufacturing, preferably with contract manufacturers.
• Strong experience with SMT production, board/system‑level troubleshooting, and test environments.
• Proven background in yield improvement, quality investigations, and RCA/CAPA methodologies.
• Experience working with ATP, work instructions, test logs, and production data.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with engineering, quality, logistics, and external suppliers.
• Strong communication skills and technical English proficiency.

Preferred:

• Experience supporting NPI, pilot builds, and transitions to mass production.
• Familiarity with ERP/MES systems and manufacturing reporting tools.
• Experience with production equipment qualification and process validation.
