Pay Range: $44,700 - $55,100 per annum dependent on year of study and related experience
Duration: Four (4) months, May 4 – August 21, 2026
Hours Per Week: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

As a Co-Op Student with our Manufacturing department, you will be exposed to the garment manufacturing industry, and have the opportunity to learn from the great minds who help us to plan, design and improve manufacturing processes, materials, and workspace layout to ensure timely, efficient, accurate, and cost-effective production with superb quality.
Meet Your Future Team:
You will partner closely with our Quality, Engineering and Production teams to collaborate on Lean initiatives, develop continuous improvement projects and establish measurable KPIs.
If you were a Manufacturing Engineering Co-Op Student now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:
Assist the Manufacturing Engineer in developing and piloting new equipment or tooling
Work within our Production lines to identify and resolve bottlenecks
Identify tooling and jig improvement opportunities and lead these improvements to completion
Work closely with Engineering, Maintenance and Production teams to transfer knowledge of new tooling, fixtures and equipment to ensure smooth transition of new machinery
Problem solving and developing corrective action plans for non-conformances
Collect and analyze data to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Analyze and plan workflow, space requirements and equipment layout to improve manufacturing processes
Special projects related to productivity improvements

How to lead improvement initiatives from ideation through to implementation
Are you our next Manufacturing Engineering Co-Op Student?
Enrolled in one of the following programs: Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Process, or Textile Engineering
Intermediate computer skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
SolidWorks & AutoCAD experience
Knowledge of 5S and LEAN manufacturing methodologies
An interest in the garment manufacturing industry would be an asset
You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
You effectively balance autonomy and collaboration
You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement
You seek the best (sometimes not the easiest) solutions, with an unwavering commitment to do what is right
