AMP is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer reporting to the Operations Manager.
The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for developing, optimizing, and supporting manufacturing processes to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. This role applies data-driven analysis, Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, and design for manufacturability principles to improve productivity, reduce waste, and resolve operational issues across manufacturing, installation, and field operations. The position also supports new product introductions by developing tooling, processes, documentation, and training to enable reliable and scalable production.
