Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing / Electronics Technician with hands-on experience troubleshooting, repairing, and reworking printed circuit boards (PCBs). This role supports production, quality, and engineering teams by ensuring electronic assemblies meet performance and quality standards. The ideal candidate has strong soldering, diagnostics, and component-level repair experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair PCBs down to the component level
Perform PCB rework including soldering, desoldering, and component replacement (SMT & through-hole)
Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and bills of materials (BOMs)
Use test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and power supplies
Identify root causes of board failures and recommend corrective actions
Support production by resolving electronic issues to minimize downtime
Perform functional testing and verification after repairs
Document repairs, test results, and failure analysis findings
Follow ESD, IPC, and safety procedures at all times
Assist with prototype builds and engineering change orders (ECOs)
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams
