About the role: We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual QA Engineer (Web) to join our product team and ensure the high quality of our web applications. You will play a key role in validating new features, improving testing processes, and collaborating closely with developers and product managers throughout the entire development lifecycle.
In this role, you will
Perform manual backend testing using API tools and databases
Conduct smoke, sanity, and regression testing of mobile applications
Create and maintain test documentation, including test cases, bug reports, and checklists
Participate in SCRUM ceremonies and QA activities across all stages of the SDLC
Execute and validate A/B tests in collaboration with product and analytics teams
Investigate, analyze, and report bugs with clear and actionable details
Own functional testing of new features, acting as a QA feature owner
It’s all about you
2+ years of experience in Manual QA (web), including testing of CRM systems and email campaigns.
Solid understanding of SDLC/STLC, testing types, and test design techniques.
Hands-on experience with Postman or similar tools for API testing.
Experience creating and maintaining test cases and bug reports using any TMS and/or Jira.
Experience working with databases, including MongoDB, BigQuery, and DataGrip.
Would be a plus:
Experience testing with MongoDB Compass
Marketing and analytics testing experience
Understanding or experience with A/B testing
Experience collaborating with Product Support teams
