About the role: We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer to help us ensure stable product quality across our web application, internal CRM, email campaigns, and push notifications. You will work closely with product managers and developers, validate new features, and contribute to building reliable testing processes.
In this role, you will
Analyze product requirements and create clear, structured test cases for new features
Perform manual testing of the internal CRM system
Test email campaigns and push notifications (content, logic, delivery, edge cases)
Conduct manual testing of a web application: functional, regression, smoke, and basic UI/UX testing
Verify APIs using Postman / Swagger (basic positive and negative scenarios)
Work with DevTools: inspect network requests, logs, and console errors
Review logs and participate in root cause analysis
Assess testing risks and contribute to task planning and estimations
Create high-quality bug reports with clear reproduction steps, priorities, and context
Participate in improving QA processes, documentation, and overall product quality
It’s all about you
2+ years of experience as a Manual QA Engineer (web)
Hands-on experience testing CRM systems and email/mail flow campaigns
Solid understanding of SDLC / STLC, testing types, and test design techniques
Experience with API testing using Postman or similar tools
Strong skills in writing test cases and bug reports in Jira or any TMS
Experience working with databases such as MongoDB, BigQuery, or DataGrip
Attention to detail, structured thinking, and strong communication skills
Would be a plus
Basic knowledge of Git (pull, checkout, code review)
Experience working with logs using Lens / Grafana
Experience with debugging tools (Charles, Fiddler)
