We are seeking a Manual QA Engineer to support testing efforts across web applications and digital products. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced in manual testing of complex web environments with multiple user roles, content workflows, and integrations. Although this role is focused on manual testing, experience or interest in test automation is a plus.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in manual QA for web applications

Experience with Jira (or similar bug tracking tools)

Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodology

Ability to write clear and concise test cases and bug reports

Comfortable testing across different devices and browsers

Strong analytical and communication skills

Self-directed, proactive, and capable of working in distributed teams

Nice to Have

Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)

Familiarity with JavaScript, TypeScript or any scripting language

Experience with API testing (e.g., Postman, Rest Assured)

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., GitHub)

Understanding of accessibility testing and compliance (WCAG)
