About The Role

 

We’re looking for a Manual QA engineer to join our engineering group and help ensure the quality and reliability of SaaS software products.

 

What you will do

 

  • Verify product functionality, performance, and reliability across multiple platforms 
  • Create and execute test plans for new software products and features
  • Create, track, and verify JIRA bug reports
  • Execute regression testing of existing products before release
  • Build and improve QA processes and testing environments to support frequent, high-quality software releases
  • Work on building a quality-driven engineering culture, collaborate closely with developers, product managers, automation engineers and UX designer to identify and resolve issues early in the development cycle

 

Requirements

 

  • 3+ years proven experience in testing complex backend and web systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
  • Capable of working independently with a proactive and ownership-driven attitude
  • Self-learner who quickly adapts to new technologies
  • Solid experience with software QA methodologies, tools and processes
  • Using AI tools as part of daily QA workflow – for test designs, edge-cases exploration, documentation analysis and productivity enhancement 
  • Communicates clearly and confidently in English, both verbally and in writing to collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional teams
  • Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and bugs
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum development environments with well-established CI/CD pipelines and frequent deployments
  • Experience with testing REST API using tools like Postman, Swagger
  • Experience with Chrome DevTools, logging tools (ex. logz.io )
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript
  • *Bonus: Has experience with testing ecommerce, booking platforms
  • *Bonus: Experience with automation testing, including frameworks like Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or WDIO
