Manpower Planner Assistant (Maternity cover)

We are looking for a Manpower Planner Assistant to join our Base Maintenance team in Tallinn, Estonia.

Main Responsibilities

• Manpower planning and controlling
• Ensuring the daily workforce is based on the needs of the production
• Preparation of long-term and short-term manpower forecasts for the aircraft maintenance department
• Day-to-day cooperation with the aircraft maintenance department
• Assisting in the solution of daily production problems

Main Requirements

• You have at least a secondary education
• Excellent Estonian and English language skills, both written and verbal. Russian language skills are a plus
• Proficiency in basic computer programs (MS Office)
• Analytical skills and readiness for teamwork
• Previous work experience in a similar position is an advantage
  
• Ability to maintain accuracy while managing multiple responsibilities
