About the Role:
Reporting to the Quotations Supervisor. Working and liaising with Sales teams across the Globe for preparation travel/tour itinerary. Daily target will be assigned for this role. This role will be based in Jakarta.
Responsibilities
Research all destinations to plan, coordinate and accurate cost tour itineraries for clients.
Provide suitable recommendations to clients in the preparation of the travel/tour itinerary.
Build and maintain good client relationship.
Priorities daily work as necessary.
Ensure turnaround quotations within deadline given.
Reply all messages within 24 hours.
Be Able to work in a team and a collaborative environment.
Requirements:
Diploma, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or Mandarin Literature.
Skill of speak Mandarin fluently and can read either traditional and simplified Chinese (MUST)
Oral and written skill of English (MUST)
Common to work with computer system (non web) is preferable
2 years of working experience (preferred), but Fresh graduates are welcome
