We are seeking a strategic and visionary Managing Director, Marketing Analytics & Reporting to lead the development and execution of reporting and insights across all marketing and partner activation initiatives. This role will oversee a high-performing team of analysts and serve as a key partner to senior stakeholders, driving data-informed decisions that elevate brand impact, audience engagement, and operational efficiency.
How You Will Contribute
Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5–8 business analysts, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
Own the learning agendas and measurement plans for all marketing and audience engagement efforts, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including marketing, partnerships, data engineering, and research—to define KPIs, measurement frameworks, and success metrics.
Deliver executive-level reporting and insights that influence strategic planning and performance optimization including executive ready dashboards and scorecards.
Lead monthly, quarterly, and EOY reporting rhythms including stakeholder reporting, capability assessments, and campaign updates.
Design and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting tools using BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker) to support capabilities throughout marketing (web, lifecycle, paid media, social…).
Partner with data technology to ensure data governance, accuracy, and consistency across all analytics outputs.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and segmentation.
Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership with clarity, confidence, and strategic foresight
What You Will Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field;
10+ years of experience in business analytics, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of supporting marketing teams with strategic analytics and reporting.
Expertise in data visualization tools, SQL, and marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce, Tableau, Social Listening).
Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Experience managing complex projects and cross-functional initiatives.
Standout Candidates Will Bring
