Managing Director Cybersecurity

As a Managing Director in Cybersecurity you will support Sia’s growth by using your business development, sales, account management and content expert skills. You will be working together with a highly motivated team of Directors and Partners all over the world as well as consultants in the Netherlands

You will be responsible with the Partner for developing our business in terms of sales and people management:

• Lead sales and delivery engagements at existing clients but also new clients.
• Lead commercial proposals with your team of Senior Managers and Managers.
• Attain both sales and delivery targets
• Lead business delivery and team management at new and existing clients
• Provide industry guidance, strategies and implementation of best practices.
• Build and lead your team of consultants on missions but also in commercial endeavors

• You have successfully completed your Master’s Degree.
• You have at least 8 years experience within a consultancy company
• You have a background in strategic analysis, strategy development and/or organizational transformation. 
• Capability in selling and delivering innovative strategy consulting engagements.
• Fluent in Dutch and English with excellent communication and presentation skills. German knowledge is a plus.
• You have the ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment, within a varied team in educational level, position and skills.
• You are dynamic and able to achieve results with an entrepreneurial mindset.
