Ready to lead the full-scale growth of a healthcare tech and operations company? CareBiller is searching for a high‑impact Managing Director (with a potential growth track to CEO) who will drive company expansion, strengthen client relationships, and accelerate innovation. You will oversee cross‑department operations, work directly with key clients as an account‑level partner, and collaborate with our AI unit to design and deploy automation agents for medical billing. This is a role for a builder, a leader, and a business scaler — not just an operator. 

Requirements: 

  • 6+ years in leadership (CEO, COO, Operations Director, Call Center/Service Director) in healthcare, e-commerce, finance or services.
  • Proven experience building sales/support call centers and implementing CRM/workflow automation ( custom CRMs/ERP ).
  • Track record of KPI design and performance management; strong data literacy (Excel/BI).
  • Process design skills: SOPs, scripts, QA standards, and training programs.
  • People leadership: hiring, coaching, change management, and culture-building. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; owner’s mindset and bias to action.
  • Budgeting and cost control; vendor management for telecom, software, and logistics.
  • Stakeholder management and executive reporting; ability to translate ops metrics into business outcomes.
  • Experience launching new locations/teams from zero; crisis management.
  • English: Upper-Intermediate+; Ukrainian is a plus.
  • Full-time, 12.00-21.00 EET, 40h per week , flexible 

Nice to Have: 

  • Experience in managing P&L, strategic planning, scaling companies or business units, client-facing leadership roles, and direct interaction with executive‑level stakeholders.
  • Experience in LTC/Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) billing or healthcare revenue cycle.
  • Experience partnering with AI/ML teams, deploying automation tools, or leading digital transformation initiatives. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across Billing, Client Support, and Call Center, ensuring SLA performance and operational stability.
  • Improve and maintain SOPs, processes, and QA standards.
  • Optimize CRM/ERP systems and automation tools for eligibility, claims, denials, and reporting workflows.
  • Set and manage KPI frameworks; conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Build and lead high-performing teams and maintain scalable knowledge bases.
  • Ensure alignment across HR, Finance, IT, and Client Success; resolve operational bottlenecks.
  • Drive continuous improvement to reduce rework, improve first-pass acceptance, and enhance communication quality.
  • Manage budgets, cost optimization, and P&L-impacting metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare billing regulations and data privacy.
  • Report operational performance, risks, and forecasts to the CEO.
  • Drive company growth through service expansion, stronger market positioning, and financial performance.
  • Maintain relationships with key clients as strategic account partners.
  • Collaborate with the AI unit to design and deploy automation agents for billing workflows.
  • Support strategic planning and executive decision-making with the CEO and founders.
  • Build a result-driven culture focused on speed, ownership, and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a potential successor to the CEO based on performance and company growth. 

 Team: Head of Medbilling department, Supervisors, CЕОthe HR team and 100+ Medical Billing managers.   

Schedule: 5/2, 8-hour working day (40 hr per week), from 12 pm to 9 pm EET. You must be prepared to adhere to a strict schedule and maintain punctuality. Our team is committed to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality services to our clients.
