  • 15–20 years  of experience in asset management, finance, or investment banking, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree (e.g., MBA) or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CAIA) is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record in portfolio management, asset allocation, and investment strategies across diverse asset classes.
  • Exceptional ability to lead, communicate, and negotiate, with experience in building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of compliance, risk management, and regulatory frameworks in the asset management industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive organisational growth, deliver measurable results, and navigate complex market environments.
  • Must be willing to relocate
