Position
The Managing Deputy Regional Director will be a key member of a seven-person team responsible for fundraising, lay-led advocacy, engaging leadership, growing political power and enhancing J Streets' presence in the NYC- Metropolitan Region.
J Street is looking for an organized manager with strong relational skills who is excited by helping run an effective team that faces the challenge of changing the dynamics that shape the discussion of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict in Congress and Jewish Community.

Compensation and Hours
This is a full-time exempt position, with occasional work outside traditional work hours on an as-needed basis. The salary is $80,000-$95,000, commensurate with experience.

J Street recognizes a staff bargaining unit affiliated with IFPTE Local 70, a union for non-profit workers. This position is considered a management position an not included in J Street's bargaining unit.
