We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Vendor Solutions Manager to lead our Vendor Sales Coaching team and drive growth in our sales development efforts. The successful candidate will manage a team of Vendor Sales Coaches, partnering with vendor-based Sales Development (SD) teams to educate and persuade new customers to adopt LinkedIn's platform capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, sales development, and leadership, with a proven track record of driving growth and success in a fast-paced environment.

Location : Hyderabad

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Vendor Sales Coaches, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure team success
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and expansion of vendor-based SD teams
  • Collaborate with vendor sales leadership to develop and implement sales strategies and plans
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and provide insights to optimize sales processes and improve results
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key vendor stakeholders and partners
  • Identify opportunities to improve SD outcomes and drive growth, partnering with central teams to execute vendor operations improvement initiatives
  • Oversee the development of content and training materials for vendor teams
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to ensure vendor teams are equipped to sell LinkedIn's platform capabilities effectively
  • Manage and influence senior stakeholders across vendor organizations and internal teams to drive alignment and adoption of LinkedIn's solutions

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of sales/sales development experience, with at least 2 years of leadership experience
  • Proven track record of managing and leading high-performing sales teams
  • Prior experience in sales development, account services, marketing, or business development
  • Experience managing vendor-based teams and partnerships
  • Experience in motivating, inspiring, and driving teams to sustainable growth
  • Understanding of the sales cycle, best practices, and techniques
  • Experience with analysis of sales activities and metrics, critical thinking, and sales performance management
  • Interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with experience navigating a matrix environment
  • Ability to influence internal and vendor stakeholders without authority through clear and persuasive communication
  • Business fluency in English and other languages (beneficial)
