Manager - Valmo (Program Ops)

AI overview

Own high-impact charters within Valmo's logistics network, focusing on improving speed, reliability, and cost while collaborating with third-party logistics partners.
About the Team Valmo is Meesho’s in-house logistics platform and a core pillar of the Fulfillment & Experience (F&E) organization. The team exists to solve one of the hardest problems in Indian e-commerce—building a logistics network that is fast, reliable, and deeply cost-efficient for Bharat. Valmo operates at the intersection of technology, operations, and on-ground execution. The team works with a large, distributed network of third-party logistics partners and field teams to power deliveries across diverse geographies. From first-mile pickups to middle-mile movement and last-mile delivery, Valmo continuously reimagines how logistics should work at scale in a highly fragmented ecosystem. This is a true zero-to-one and one-to-scale environment. The team thrives on first-principles thinking and rapid experimentation—identifying structural gaps, testing solutions on the ground, and scaling what works with rigor. Valmo values extreme ownership, speed of execution, and a relentless bias for action. If you are excited by solving complex, real-world problems and seeing your ideas translate into impact quickly, Valmo is where that happens. About the Role As a Manager – Program Ops at Valmo, you will own high-impact charters that directly shape how Meesho’s logistics network operates. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in ambiguity, think structurally, and execute with speed. You will work closely with internal operations teams and an extensive network of third-party logistics partners to identify gaps and opportunities across the logistics value chain. Your mandate is to define clear problem statements, build and test hypotheses, and drive experiments on the ground. The expectation is not just to ideate, but to deliver measurable outcomes—fast. Successful pilots will be scaled across the network through strong cross-functional collaboration and sharp execution.
