Position Overview

We are seeking a Manager of Talent Development that plays a strategic and hands-on role in building and delivering learning solutions that enhance employee performance and drive organizational capability. This role develops enterprise-wide Learning & Development programs, including leadership development and compliance training, while also contributing their time to support core Talent Management initiatives like performance management, succession planning, and career development frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Learning & Development (70%)

· Design, deliver, and scale high impact learning programs across leadership, professional, and compliance development.

· Partner with business leaders to assess training needs and align L&D initiatives with company goals.

· Implement innovative, blended learning methods (eLearning, in person, virtual, peer learning).

· Measure and report on learning effectiveness using key metrics and learner feedback.

· Own and manage the company-wide onboarding experience and LMS administration.

· Serve as the subject matter expert for instructional design and adult learning theory.

· Partner with HRBP’s to ensure L&D programs align with broader talent strategies.

Talent Management (30%)

· Create tools, timelines, and leader enablement resources for talent initiatives/processes; ensure compliance and maintain strong metrics.

· Contribute to the evolution of career pathing, internal mobility, and talent calibration practices.

Qualifications

· Minimum 7 years in Learning and Development, HR Leadership Roles and Talent Management.

· Bachelor’s Degree Required, Masters preferred.

· Demonstrated ability to implement Talent initiatives and programs across the organization to management and staff at all levels.

· Proven ability to conceptualize, design, implement, and monitor broad Talent Management & Development programs and initiatives in the context of broader organizational objectives.

· Experience working with global teams.

· Strong skills and experience in managing talent initiatives, internal consulting, instructional design, facilitation, and organization development interventions.

· Project management skills, organization skills, and strong time management skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Experienced with Office products like Excel and PowerPoint to generate presentations and feedback cycles.

· Strong problem-resolution and analytical skills.

· Flexible and adaptable regarding learning, task assignments, scope and learning new technologies.
