Opportunity Overview:
The Manager, Talent Acquisition will play a critical role in supporting Cohere Health’s growth by leading recruiting efforts in Hyderabad. This leader will drive hiring strategies to attract top technical talent while also supporting G&A and operations recruitment. Reporting to the Director, People India, with a dotted-line to the Director, Talent Acquisition in the U.S., the Manager will oversee full lifecycle recruiting and day-to-day team leadership to ensure we meet our ambitious hiring goals.
This is a hands-on role that blends strategy with execution. The Manager will design and apply innovative sourcing approaches, manage candidate pipelines, and provide a seamless candidate experience. Success in this role requires deep expertise in technical recruiting, proven experience collaborating with global leaders, and familiarity with healthtech hiring or adjacent space. Above all, this leader will champion our values, foster inclusivity, and help strengthen Cohere’s employer brand across India.
