VitalSource®, is hiring a Manager of Systems Engineering to contribute to our Engineering team located in Raleigh NC, Chicago IL, Franklin TN, or Boston MA (preferred locations). Applicants outside of these preferred locations will still be considered.
Take the lead on the systems that power VitalSource. As a People Manager for Systems Engineering, you’ll guide a talented team responsible for keeping our platform fast, secure, resilient, and ready to scale. You’ll collaborate across Engineering, elevate how teams work with shared systems, and champion continuous improvement. From exploring emerging technologies to shaping the Systems Engineering roadmap, this role blends technical leadership with strategic impact—driving innovation that supports VitalSource’s mission and growth.
