Partner Performance & Program Manager

Must be ON-SITE in Boston, MA (Monday - Thursday)

Wayfair’s Global Partner Support Team enables our external Partners by, (i) eliminating or reducing need for action, (ii) have a great DIY experience via automation and self-service, (ii) provide best-in-class support, and (iv) guide partners to exceed expectations. 

In this role, you will oversee Supplier Performance for our Supplier Transfers Team. You will drive impact by leading and scaling supplier performance to enhance customer and supplier experiences while delivering cost savings on multiple Wayfair team’s P&L’s. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver strong supplier and program performance by leading performance and improvement efforts; both internally and with suppliers 
  • Manage and lead through direct report(s) to meet performance OKR goals
  • Work with Supplier Transfer Team to help drive analysis, onboarding support and continuous coaching for suppliers which will increase customer satisfaction. 
  • Develop a rapport and influence cross functional stakeholders across Wayfair’s Commercial and Incident & Returns organizations
  • Iterate on long standing processes by creating data backed eligibility and performance standards to increase customer satisfaction while delivering on Wayfair cost savings. 
  • Develop monthly narratives for senior leadership within Global Partner Support, Category Management, Incidences and Returns, Tech and Executives. 
  • Be comfortable with becoming a face of a program that will provide value to customers, suppliers and Wayfair. 
  • Have the ability to make decisions in a fast paced environment. 
  • Thrive in a problem-solving environment with the ability to organize and prioritize
  • Limited tradeshow travel 

What You'll Need

  • 5+ years experience within a Commercial or General Manager specific role. 
  • Experience working with or collaborating with suppliers with the ability to balance supplier satisfaction with Wayfair’s best interests. 
  • Strong supplier communication, written and verbal, with previous experience in a supplier facing role
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience turning data into actionable insights and appetite to become the SME within this space quickly
  • Experience collaborating across multiple stakeholder groups, communicating with diverse audiences, and balancing/negotiating priorities
  • Experience building, managing, and leading a team a plus
  • Proven ability and experience working with ambiguity 
  • Strong desire to work in a highly visible and collaborative role
  • Highly proficient in GSuite.
  • Experience with Google BigQuery, Data Studio, Tableau or Looker a plus

The base range for this position is $99,000-$110,000 (not including equity compensation). 

An Important Note about Wayfair's In-Office Policy: All Boston-based interns, Co-ops, and corporate employees will be in office in a hybrid capacity. Employees will work in the office on designated days, Monday - Thursday, and work remotely Friday. At this time, Wayfair does not provide sponsorship for employment authorization for this position.
