SharkNinja is seeking a dynamic and innovative Manager, Strategic Sales & Analytics.  The Manager, Strategic Sales & Analytics will report to the Director, Strategic Sales & Analytics – Indoor Cooking.  This position is a critical leadership role on a transformational strategy and analytics team charged with managing Point of Sale Dollar insights, channel assortment and distribution strategy, and pricing recommendations for key accounts. As the Manager, Strategic Sales & Analytics, you will be responsible for working with an Analyst and Category Lead to report on the health of the business, category, and identify market opportunities. This role is vertically integrated with the key leaders of SharkNinja’s sales organization who are managing retail accounts and will be responsible for delivering insightful, actionable and honest sales analytics to drive faster and better decision making across our retail channel. The Manager, Strategic Sales & Analytics is an excellent position for a highly motivated, seasoned strategic team member who likes to work in a fast-paced environment and data driven atmosphere.  

Deliverables: 

  • Understand day to day impact of the POS to facilitate decision making!  
  • Measure and communicate sales results; i.e promotional lift and elasticity, expected shifting due to line extension, pricing strategy, focus project plans on highest impact, etc.  
  • Deliver Daily / Weekly / Monthly analytics reports showing health of business 
  • Analyze and evaluate pre- and post-promotion analyses for retailers, quantifying impact to brand and category 
  • Present strategic insights based on internal and external data to gain alignment of major initiatives at multiple levels of the organization 
  • Manage, Coach, and Mentor an analyst and a category lead 
  • Promotional financial analysis and forecasting  
  • Identify, measure, and quantify marketplace/ retailer trends, issues and opportunities 
  • Ability to problem solve and react to market threats 
  • Be the go-to resource for all Sales leadership 
  • Work with sales leadership to determine long term goals 

Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience  
  • Advanced Analytics Degree or equivalent experience  
  • 7+ years of relevant work experience within a strategic sales environment  
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and be detailed oriented with respect to ensuring deadlines are met  
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel/ Office skills  
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment 
  • Ability to present and calibrate critical challenges on the executive level 
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills  
  • Elevated senior presence and answer-first communication skills  
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and organizational skills  
  • Ability to travel up to 20%, mostly on the East Coast and Midwest

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is displayed below. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
