A passion for sports, culture, and entertainment is a strong cultural fit.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute high-impact strategic analyses across the Collectibles business, including profitability drivers, cost structure optimization, investment prioritization, and operational performance.
  • Partner cross-functionally with leaders across Product, Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Technology to evaluate initiatives, identify tradeoffs, and drive data-informed decisionmaking.
  • Build and maintain robust financial models and analytical frameworks to assess new business opportunities, strategic investments, and operational improvements.
  • Develop clear points of view and recommendations, pressure-testing assumptions, risks, and sensitivities to support effective executive decision-making.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality materials for Executive Leadership, Board updates, and LongRange Planning, with a strong emphasis on synthesizing insights and articulating implications.
  • Independently structure ambiguous problems, define analytical approaches, and translate complex data into concise, decision-oriented insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of scalable finance processes, tools, and reporting capabilities that enhance visibility, accuracy, and efficiency across the Collectibles organization.
  • Serve as a thought partner to the Senior Director and broader finance leadership, proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and areas for deeper analysis.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Strategic Finance, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Consulting, or similarly rigorous analytical roles in environments that demand speed, precision, and executive-level communication.
  • Demonstrated strength in advanced financial modeling and analysis, with strong proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Exceptional PowerPoint skills, with experience creating clear, executive-ready presentations and investment-style narratives.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI and automation tools as part of day-to-day analytical workflows (e.g., AI-assisted data exploration, scenario analysis, model acceleration, narrative synthesis, or process automation); comfort experimenting with and adopting new tools to drive faster, higher-quality insights is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with modern analytics platforms, automation tools, or data solutions; experience with Oracle or comparable ERP systems is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BBA or equivalent) required; advanced degree or certification is a plus but not required.
