As a Manager, Strategic Accounts, you will manage and grow relationships with Aiwyn’s key enterprise and large mid-market clients/prospects. You’ll drive new revenue and expand existing relationships through thoughtful engagement, multi-solution selling, and a deep understanding of client business priorities. This role is ideal for a consultative, strategic seller who excels in complex deal environments and is passionate about helping firms adopt Aiwyn’s solutions—including Payments, Practice Management, Experience, and Tax. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic and high-potential accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and sales lead.
  • Drive new business growth while identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing clients.
  • Generate and develop a strong sales pipeline through proactive outbound outreach and targeted prospecting efforts.
  • Develop strong in-person relationships by attending in-person conferences and client meetings (up to 25% travel).
  • Build adoption plans that align Aiwyn’s solutions with firm leadership goals and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead discovery and solution-oriented conversations with executive stakeholders such as CFOs, COOs, and Managing Partners.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure successful onboarding, satisfaction, and long-term growth.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting in CRM systems.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Qualifications:
  • 4–6 years of B2B SaaS sales experience in a hyper-growth startup environment, ideally focused on enterprise or upper mid-market clients.
  • Experience selling into executive audiences and navigating complex organizational structures.
  • Experience managing longer sales cycles (3–12 months) and closing high-value deals ($50K–$500k+).
  • Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to align solutions to business and operational goals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management abilities.
  • Experience within vertical SaaS in the accounting industry preferred (experience selling to professional services, legal, and consulting are also highly encouraged to apply).
  • This role involves participating in regular video and occasional in-person meetings, with reasonable accommodations available.
