Role - Storefront planning
As a part of the Storefront team at Myntra, this individual will be responsible for owning the merchandising, store planning and operational hygiene of the Myntra App.
Responsibilities:
- Owning the calendarisation and monthly planning for the storefront while collaborating with multiple teams across the organization while keeping key metrics in mind
- Working closely with the events team to create an optimal experience for the App during key sale events.
- Being at the forefront of merchandising and product led innovations on the store that are extremely customer focused
- Serving as the custodian for all customers that visit the store and serving personalised experiences for them
- Leading an operations team that maintains the hygiene and quality of the storefront
Qualifications:
- 3 to 4 years of work experience E-com industry (Merchandising, Category, Business,Marketing)
- Preferably MBA/ PGDM in Marketing with a strong business acumen
- Experienced with managing a team of more than 4 individuals
- Result-oriented and ownership-driven, can end to end own a process/ project with strong attention to detail.
- Team player, with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, and ability to manage stakeholders across functions and disciplines.
- Consumer-centric mind-set and ability to think strategically and tactically.
- Quick learner and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
