What You'll Do:

We are seeking a Manager, Special Projects, to support our most challenging and high-priority initiatives across CoreWeave. You will join the Special Projects team, which operates as an internal consulting team and force-multiplier for the business, assembled to tackle our most challenging and high-priority initiatives. We take ownership of critical workstreams and support the CEO, CFO, CDO, GC, and Corporate Development teams in cross-functional workstreams across CoreWeave. You will work with a variety of stakeholders across all levels of CoreWeave to support key executives and decision-makers.

About The Role:

The ideal candidate is a generalist problem-solver, who can apply a consistent, rigorous toolkit of structured analysis, disciplined project management, and stakeholder influence to any business problem that they encounter.  Prior examples of Special Projects include our IPO, M&A integration, supply chain initiatives, change management projects, and more. This role is a phenomenal opportunity to gain a holistic understanding of a rapidly scaling business. Optimally, you will have previous experience with cloud services, software businesses, digital infrastructure, or data centers.

Responsibilities:

  • Take a consultative and strategic approach to developing and structuring problem statements, conducting comprehensive analysis and assessments, providing actionable recommendations, implementing solutions, and measuring results.
  • Prepare and present clear and concise communications for a variety of audiences, from the executive level to all company forums.
  • Proactively identify and scope key business challenges and opportunities for Special Projects support
  • Drive end-to-end project management (PMO) for a portfolio of projects, orchestrating complex, cross-functional workstreams, proactively identifying risks, and meticulously overseeing implementation across all functional groups.
  • Provide strategic reporting, insights, and recommendations to influence decision-making.

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of experience. A background in management consulting followed by in-house experience in Strategy, Business Operations (BizOps), or a strategic Chief of Staff role is ideal
  • A bachelor's degree is required. An MBA or other relevant advanced degree is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and influence across all levels of an organization, fostering collaboration and accountability without ownership.
  • Able to seamlessly shift between rolling up your sleeves to solve tactical problems with functional owners and advising C-level executives on high-level strategic planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement operational best practices, build scalable processes, and drive continuous improvement within an organization
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Understanding of cloud or technology businesses preferred
