Join one of Southeast Asia’s leading PR and Integrated Communications agencies as our next Senior/Manager (Marketing & Growth)! We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and digitally savvy marketer to lead regional campaigns, strengthen our brand, and drive measurable growth. You’ll work closely with our CEO and business leaders to shape our marketing direction while owning execution from content to campaigns.

What You’ll Do

🔹 1. Strategy Development

·       Translate the CEO’s marketing vision into actionable plans in partnership with the leadership team to drive business growth.

·       Evolve our brand positioning and thought leadership agenda across Southeast Asia and APAC.

·       Develop and manage an annual marketing roadmap aligned to business goals and client priorities.

·       Lead industry award identification and submissions to spotlight our innovation and impact.

🔹 2. Campaign Conceptualisation & Execution

·       Design and execute integrated campaigns across PR, digital, content, media, and events.

·       Lead the creation of content assets such as blog posts, press releases, EDMs, newsletters, webinars, videos and social media posts.

·       Oversee the management of our web presence and SEO/SEM activities.

·       Partner with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-impact, high-ROI initiatives.

🔹 3. Business Development & Client Relationship Marketing

·       Support sales enablement through marketing automation and client acquisition journeys.

·       Launch and analyse biannual Client Satisfaction Surveys and improve client experience.

·       Work with leadership to create marketing activities to enable upsell

🔹 4. Data, Analysis & Reporting

·       Own reporting dashboards for campaign performance, social engagement, and lead conversion.

·       Use analytics to generate actionable insights and drive continuous improvement.

·       Provide weekly and monthly performance updates to leadership and internal stakeholders.

🔹 5. Budget & Vendor Management

·       Manage the annual marketing budget and ensure optimal allocation of resources.

·       Oversee relationships with agencies, content partners, and media platforms.

·       Coordinate possible partnerships, sponsorships, event management logistics and execution as needed.
