Manager - Sales Operations & Revenue Audit

TLDR

Manage audit processes and review subscriber reports to enhance revenue protection and improve operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities : Review of subscriber reports submitted by the DPOs against the audit findings (which includes comparing/reconciling subscribers, bouquet, al-a-carte counts with MSR’s, head-end information, SMS & CAS details available in our records and other data points) Liaise with DPOs, auditors, sales account manager and technical team to seek clarification and explanation on queries. Validate and verify clarifications and explanations received from various stakeholders Ensure revenue protection, improve efficiencies and quality processes through maintaining audit working papers and report the findings/recommendations. Communicate with DPOs regarding audit findings and demand calculations.   Support internal teams to drive negotiations where claims are contested by DPOs Liaise with litigation team and council (advocates) and provide required information to support litigation Follow up with litigation team, attend TDSAT hearings to ensure recovery of demand Ensure proper compliance with the various regulatory provisions and corporate governance policies. Manage challenge audit planning, reporting, review and implementation. Yield value to the Company in terms of revenue protection / enhancement, improved efficiencies, cost reduction and quality processes through maintaining audit working papers and report the findings/recommendations. Lead activities of gathering independent data points, prepare consolidated report on periodic basis. Performing analytics based on various data points and prepare solid grounds for challenge audit . Lead development of and execute audit plans that clearly define the objective and scope of each review Qualification MBA Finance / CA with analytical/ technical bent of mind with forensic background Knowledge/ Skills Shall posses skills to conduct financial and technical audits to identify revenue leakage and process gaps Strong people management, project management and communication skills required Should be diligent and have attention to details Negotiating Skills Personal Attributes Must have good interpersonal skills and be a team player Have executive presence
