The Position:
The Manager of Sales Development, EMEA & APAC will help to shape FastSpring’s go-to-market growth strategy by building and leading our SDR organization. This person will help expand FastSpring’s international reach and contribute directly to achieving our revenue goals.
We’re looking for a leader who can continue to build our SDR team - establishing structure and process while fostering a culture of collaboration, energy, and results. It’s a small team made up of highly motivated individuals in the EMEA and APAC regions, who are responsible for qualifying inbound demand and/or generating qualified meetings through outbound prospecting efforts.
This role offers the chance to shape and refine how we work, bringing fresh ideas to improve efficiency and results. We’re looking for a leader who is strategic, and passionate about coaching, mentoring, and motivating a talented team to do their best work.
This position reports to our VP, Sales.
