  • Lead critical sales processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely execution.

  • Support the development and maintenance of operational and financial models, including revenue forecasting, commission & KPI design, and performance tracking.

  • Drive process improvement initiatives, leveraging AI-driven tooling to achieve transformative improvements in how our commercial organisation operates.

Requirements

  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and project management skills.

  • Strong analytical toolkit and business acumen; comfort with funnel analytics, forecasting, and productivity modeling; experience partnering with Data/BI to build dashboards.

  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), data modelling and working with data reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau); familiarity with SQL is a plus.

  • Experience in fast-paced environments, preferably in a startup or scale-up.

  • Language: Fluent English required; Cantonese and/or Mandarin proficiency is an advantage for stakeholder engagement across the region.
