Role Overview
The Manager, Renewals – APAC is accountable for managing the team that focuses on customer retention through the renewal process for our APAC customer base. Their team is responsible for driving, managing, and closing assigned opportunities within the assigned territory that are up for renewal. This position requires a strong knowledge of systems and processes, and the ability to manage teams to achieve an increasing On Time Renewal Rate. Being an advocate for your team, while building effective relationships within Sales, Legal, Finance/RevOps, and Customer Success will be critical
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and train a team of Renewal Managers
Lead and supervise weekly forecast with meetings with Renewal Managers
Track weekly team activities, provide coaching for improvement, review and guide forecasts using Clari, and actively participate in weekly forecast meetings
Provide support and supervision on achieving quarterly and annual sales results – OTR is mission critical
Participate in field calls, QBRs, or any other relevant field activity together with the territory leaders to get firsthand information from the field and be aligned with the business strategy
Ensure outstanding sales results and comply 100% with finance and legal policies
Build an open communication environment for the team
Propose new ideas for better tools, processes, and new methodologies to be implemented in their team
Goal setting & performance management for the renewals team
Develop and implement account management strategies to drive retention, upselling, and customer satisfaction for a large portfolio of clients
Monitor and analyze account performance data to inform decision-making and strategy adjustment
Qualifications
2-3 years previous management or leadership experience
3-5 years relative work experience with knowledge of renewals, renewal programs, nurture programs, loyalty programs and strategies that support revenue growth from existing customers
Strong numbers and data skills
Presentation skills and professional communication skills
Creative problem solving
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment is required
Organized, process-oriented, and close attention to detail is required
Team Player that enjoys sharing credit for collaborative efforts
Salesforce experience preferred

The Compensation range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. Please note that the actual compensation may vary depending on location and job-related factors such as qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills. If you are applying for this role outside of the primary location and you are selected for an interview, the Talent Acquisition Partner can share more information with you. If the compensation structure for the role includes an incentive component (i.e. most Sales roles) the range below represents total target compensation (TTC) (base salary + variable).
$108,500 - $150,000 (SGD) a year
