Dun & Bradstreet is looking for a Hybrid role Senior Project Manager and Business analyst to join our International Technology Transformation Team. The International Business is transforming its technology systems and architecture through a number of programmes. This role would see you act as a team lead working with the head of Transformation and a number of project managers and analysts across the group.
The International Technology Transformation team are running a number of projects across the division focusing on upgrading clients to new products, new system build and mainframe simplification through cloud migrations. You will work in close partnership with the Product and other technology teams teams to ensure that International Technology deliverables are defined and met supporting the wider business objective of revenue generation and protection.
You will bring your leadership to a fast-paced environment, engaging with a wide range of senior stakeholders within many levels of the business. You will drive strong dependency management across several inflight project streams. You will bring structure and order with transparent reporting gathering updates from other development teams and present a picture of the various projects making up the International Technology’s Upgrade Portfolio.
As well as hands on project responsibilities you will also need to perform high level analysis of systems to aid in the scoping of projects. Requirements analysis will be required at times to ascertain the true nature of business requests as such a background in business/systems analysis will be necessary.
Responsibilities:
Drive strong project management of various transformation projects across the division focusing on upgrading clients to new products, new system build and mainframe simplification through cloud migrations
Perform product and technology analysis to assess scope, identify dependencies and raise questions regarding work to be done whilst always relating back ultimate objectives
Bring structure and order with transparent reporting gathering updates from other development teams and present a picture of the various projects making up the International Technology’s Upgrade Portfolio.
Frequent and timely analysis of requirements, to ascertain the true nature of business requests.
Supervise and manage other team members in Project Manager and Analyst role
Essential skills & requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or any relevant area, with minimum of 10 years hands-on experience managing software development and delivery
Experience in E2E Project Management / Delivery Management
Experience in Business / System Analysis
Experience Running Agile Software Development SCRUM teams
Experienced in various SDLCs methodologies (agile, waterfall, Scrum etc)
Project Management or Agile Scrum certifications an advantage
Experience working with cloud engineering teams utilizing AWS/Google cloud infrastructure
Internal stakeholder management demand management, combined with customer understanding exposure and/or appreciation
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership, influencing and orchestration skills
Deep Jira experience and comfortable utilizing tools such as Confluence and Power BI
Excellent communication (Oral & Written) skills
With innovative approach and mentality - a thinker and doer, balancing vigilance and creativity
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skills
