As a Manager, Program & Project Management, you will lead the Network Operations and Architecture PMO: determine appropriate project management practices, tools and documentation in order to successfully support the Network Operations and Security Operations Centers.
You will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of a portfolio of Operation Center projects. This includes the ability to identify best practices, common processes, tools and documentation to realize efficiencies and scalability; management of a combination of both technical and operations projects: working with Engineers, Network Monitoring Specialists, Operations leaders, subject matter experts and other team members.
You will make a significant and immediate impact leading complex, multi-disciplinary operational projects from start to finish, including transition planning, system conversions and implementations, operational improvements working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify and mitigate risks, and communicate clearly with cross functional partners.
Additionally, this role includes the coordination and management of organization-wide communications, executive reporting, and monthly operations metrics reporting.
You will develop and manage the project budget, schedule, and operating procedures, mentor staff on business acumen, professional growth, business growth, and corporate strategies, and gather and report consolidated project status and financial information. This position will also include managing other project managers and operations support engineers.
