The Manager – Program Design & GTM Strategy will drive revenue growth through structured program design, sharp go-to-market planning, and disciplined sales execution across direct and agency channels. This role carries direct revenue accountability and will work closely with Boost, PRS, GCS, and agency partners to build scalable commercial frameworks, drive demand generation, and ensure pipeline rigor. What you will do:
  • Program Design & GTM Strategy: Lead the Joint Business Plan (JBP) with Boost to define clear success metrics and required inputs including number of events, priority geographies, and commission structures. Translate business objectives into actionable GTM plans with defined milestones and measurable outcomes. Identify growth levers and optimize program inputs to maximize revenue realization.
  • Packaging & Pricing: Partner with PRS to develop customized packages and dynamic rate cards aligned to market demand. Identify strategic unlocks for GCS clients to enhance value proposition and drive incremental revenue. Continuously evaluate pricing frameworks to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
  • ICP & Market Intelligence: Build and refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) using market intelligence, past performance data, and category insights. Develop a robust dataset of priority categories and clients based on internal insights and external market trends. Provide structured recommendations to sharpen targeting and improve conversion outcomes.
  • Sales Motion - Boost: Enable the Boost sales team through structured training on platform capabilities and best practices. Drive disciplined pipeline tracking, forecasting, and follow-ups to ensure revenue predictability. Create clear sales playbooks and performance tracking mechanisms to improve win rates.
  • Agency Strategy: Drive demand generation through the agency network by establishing structured JBP frameworks with key agency partners. Identify growth opportunities within the agency ecosystem and align incentives with revenue goals.
  • Agency Sales Motion: Own end-to-end agency pipeline management including build, track, and follow-up processes. Establish structured governance and reporting mechanisms for pipeline visibility and closure acceleration.
  • JioStar Partner Program: Track agency performance against defined milestones. Manage communication calendars and ensure consistent engagement with partner agencies.
  • Agency Incentives: Monitor agency incentive deals and ensure accurate tracking and documentation. Facilitate timely paperwork and payouts in coordination with relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Skills & Attributes for Success:
  • 6 - 8 years of overall experience with at least 3+ years in revenue strategy, GTM planning, program design, or commercial operations.
  • Experience working with sales teams and agency ecosystems in a revenue-focused environment.
  • Strong analytical orientation with the ability to build data-backed ICP frameworks and pricing strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience in pipeline governance, forecasting, and structured sales execution.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, partnerships, and operations teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
