What is Manager Products & Solutions?

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Manager Products & Solutions to lead our development teams and oversee the full operational lifecycle of our application portfolio. This role demands strong expertise in modern Microsoft technologies, Architectural and Database design, experience with AI/LLM-based solutions, and the ability to ensure high-quality operational execution across mission-critical systems.

What Does Manager Products & Solutions Do?

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, ensuring delivery of high-quality software solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end operations, development, optimization, and performance of applications under your portfolio.
• Define architecture, coding standards, and best practices aligned with modern Microsoft development stacks.
• Drive the adoption of AI/LLM technologies to enhance applications, workflows, and automation capabilities.
• Design and optimize complex database structures with strong command over SQL Server, data modeling, indexing, and performance tuning.
• Manage and enhance ETL workflows, including SSIS packages, data pipelines, and integration services.
• Ensure compliance, security, scalability, and operational stability across all managed applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to translate requirements into actionable technical plans.
• Own release management, incident management, and continuous improvement processes.
• Evaluate and integrate new tools, technologies, and cloud capabilities (Azure experience preferred).

What We’re Looking For?

Preferred Qualifications

• BS or MS degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Certifications such as Microsoft Azure Architect, Azure DevOps, or AI Engineering are a plus.
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

Requirements 

• Strong command of Microsoft .NET ecosystem, including .NET 6/7+, C#, Entity Framework Core, Web APIs, and microservices.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, App Services, Azure SQL, Service Bus, and monitoring solutions.
• Solid understanding of AI and LLM technologies, prompt engineering concepts, and integration of AI into enterprise applications.
• Expertise in SQL Server, database design, T-SQL, store procedure optimization, and query performance tuning.
• Proficiency in SSIS, SSRS/Power BI, and data warehousing concepts.
• Strong familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) and REST-based architectures.
• Knowledge of application security, performance tuning, and scalability best practices.

• Exceptional operational mindset with the ability to manage complex application ecosystems.
• Proven success in leading engineering teams and large-scale application portfolios.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes, mitigate risks, and ensure smooth production operations.
• Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
