This role leads a team of product adoption specialists focused on driving multi-product engagement and workflow integration for enterprise customers. The Manager will design scalable programs, build operational frameworks, and implement strategies that increase product adoption and retention across the customer lifecycle. This position combines leadership, analytics, and creativity to craft impactful customer journeys while collaborating closely with Product, Onboarding, Customer Success, Marketing, and Support teams. The role demands experience in designing tech-touch and human-centric adoption programs, measuring results, and iterating for continuous improvement. The ideal candidate thrives in high-growth environments, excels at data-driven decision-making, and can transform complex initiatives into scalable, high-performing processes.
Accountabilities:
Lead and develop a team of 10 product adoption specialists, including coverage planning, metric definition, and career development.
Design and implement content strategies, engagement programs, and digital touchpoints, including email campaigns, webinars, office hours, and community initiatives.
Build dashboards, perform cohort analysis, and optimize adoption programs through experimentation and automation.
Ensure customers can access adoption resources throughout their lifecycle, driving multi-product adoption and workflow integration.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Onboarding, Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Support teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
Define adoption metrics, measure ROI, and implement strategies to achieve measurable adoption lift.
Foster a culture of experimentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement within the team.
Requirements:
7–10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Product Marketing, or Enablement.
3–5+ years leading high-performing teams in 0-to-1 or high-growth environments.
Demonstrated success designing and launching customer adoption programs with measurable impact.
Experience with tech-touch models, digital campaigns, and balancing automation with human connection.
Strong analytical skills for dashboard creation, metric interpretation, segmentation, and cohort analysis.
Experience developing scalable content strategies, educational programs, and training materials.
Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills in matrixed organizations.
Ability to navigate ambiguity, make decisions with incomplete information, and drive results in dynamic environments.
