Overview:
The Manager, Panel Data & Analytics is responsible for ensuring the health, quality, and performance of the company’s research panel. This role combines panel management with data-driven insights to optimize panel engagement, profiling, and compliance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in identifying ways to enhance panel efficiency and respondent experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Panel Management & Profiling
• Develop and maintain panel profiling strategies to enhance respondent segmentation and targeting.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of panelist data through validation and enrichment efforts.
• Identify opportunities to expand profiling attributes to support evolving research needs.
Panel Health Monitoring & Optimization
• Track and analyze key panel health metrics, including response rates, attrition, and engagement trends.
• Implement strategies to improve panelist retention and participation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine strategies and maintain a balanced panel composition.
Data Analytics & Reporting
• Analyze panel data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for optimizing panel performance.
• Generate regular reports on panel health, profiling gaps, and participation trends.
• Support data harmonization efforts across multiple panel assets.
• Assist in managing third-party data appends to enrich panelist profiles.
Compliance & Data Security
• Ensure panel data collection and management practices align with industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and company policies.
• Work with legal and compliance teams to uphold ethical data practices.
• Maintain data security measures to safeguard panelist information.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Support
• Partner with internal teams to align panel management strategies with business objectives.
• Provide guidance on panel feasibility, sampling strategies, and best practices for research studies.
• Act as a subject matter expert on panel data, delivering insights that enhance decision-making across the organization.

Benefits
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Market Research, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience:
o 3–5 years of experience in panel management, market research, or data analytics.
o Strong knowledge of survey methodologies and panel engagement strategies.
o Experience with data governance, compliance, and privacy best practices.
• Skills:
o Proficiency in handling, cleaning, and manipulating large datasets and comfortable using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Superset).
o Familiarity with survey platforms and panel management software.
o Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
