Role Summary
This role is responsible for translating business priorities into daily operational execution, ensuring throughput, quality, and inventory accuracy targets are consistently achieved. The Manager directly leads supervisors and/or frontline associates and drives a culture of accountability, precision, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Own
Operational Execution
- Lead end-to-end operations, ensuring SLA, quality, and productivity targets are met.
- Align staffing and workflow to volume fluctuations and business priorities.
- Ensure strict adherence to inventory control, chain-of-custody, and security standards.
People Leadership
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of supervisors and/or operations associates.
- Set clear performance expectations and drive accountability through KPIs.
- Support talent development and workforce planning.
Process Improvement
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and drive efficiency improvements.
- Implement process enhancements that improve accuracy, reduce rework, and optimize labor.
- Partner cross-functionally with Vault, Marketplace, Quality, and Tech teams to improve workflow integration.
Business Impact
- Execute against department productivity and cost targets.
- Monitor operational metrics and take corrective action as needed.
- Contribute to scalable processes that support Fanatics Collectibles’ growth.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or operations environments.
- 2+ years of direct people leadership experience.
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-volume, process-driven settings.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience driving performance through metrics and continuous improvement.
Preferred
- Experience working with high-value inventory or collectibles.
- Familiarity with WMS or inventory management systems.
- Lean or continuous improvement experience.
