In this pivotal role, you will supervise and coordinate resources and activities of an implementation team to ensure seamless project execution. Your leadership will drive the creation of project plans addressing client needs and enhance mediation between sales staff, clients, and third parties. You will play a critical role in transitioning clients smoothly and improving relationships with suppliers through efficient communication and training.   • Coordinate project implementation plans with sales staff, account teams, and customers.
  • Monitor progress on multiple implementation projects and ensure effective transitions.
  • Provide recommendations to corporate-level staff for escalated service and billing issues.
  • Develop training for internal and external clients regarding implementation processes.
  • Deliver progress reports to the Implementation Management Team.
  • Collaborate with other project managers to improve conversion and implementation processes.
  • Assign and monitor workloads for sustainability and smooth client transitions.
  • Establish effective schedules to minimize client impact.
  • Review daily activities to meet implementation commitments efficiently.
  • Detect and correct data entry errors through system report analysis.
  • Train and mentor direct reports on procedures and systems.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Implementation Manager.
  • Requirements
  • 4-5 years of experience in project management, accounting, or related fields.
  • 5 years of supervisory experience as a project manager in lieu of a degree.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to recommend solutions to clients.
  • Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in data management systems and reporting tools.
  • Experience training and coaching teams.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
  • Effective communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
