  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software and operations.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
