  • Act as the main point of contact for guests, addressing any concerns and providing assistance as needed.
  • Monitor operations and ensure adherence to company policies and FORBES AND LQA standards.
  • Conduct walk-throughs of the property to ensure all areas are maintained to the company’s high standards.
  • Resolve any administrative or operational problems, aiming for a win-win solution.
  • Communicate effectively with all departments to ensure guest and team member satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 TO 5 years of experience in hotel management or supervisory roles.
  • Bachelor Degree (Hospitality, Tourism, etc)
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software.
  • Fluency in English.
