THA is currently seeking aa dynamic and experienced payroll and accounting professional for the role of Manager of Payroll and Accounts Payable. Reporting to the Director of Accounting, and supervising a team of two, this position will manage full-cycle accounts payable, payroll processing, and related accounting functions. The ideal candidate will be a capable problem solver, collaborate effortlessly, possess a strong accounting background, demonstrate excellent leadership skills, and have a proactive approach to process improvement and compliance. This is a full-time, exempt position. Position is hybrid/remote work.

Based on job duties and requirements, this position is placed in pay grade 46 with an annual salary range of $77,000 - $95,000. The actual salary will be based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
