About the Role

The Manager of Clinical Operations will direct all clinical activities on a day-to-day basis throughout our client's Manhattan facilities. This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and carries responsibility for optimizing patient flow, upholding healthcare regulatory compliance, providing leadership to clinical personnel, and executing the organization's strategic initiatives.

Primary objectives encompass standardizing processes across multiple facilities, enhancing communication channels for both team members and patients, and refining their communications technology platform. This role will establish uniform protocols across all sites, elevate patient satisfaction metrics, and strengthen team member engagement.

Primary Duties

  • Direct day-to-day clinical functions across all facilities, encompassing patient flow management, clinical processes, and team coordination
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to medical assistants and nursing personnel, cultivating a cooperative and professional workplace culture
  • Partner with physicians and clinical leadership to maintain superior standards of patient care and clinical outcomes

  • Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices
