Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of mechanical systems, including crushers, mills, conveyors, and kilns, in the cement plant
• Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate solutions
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for mechanical failures and provide effective solutions
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations during maintenance activities

Requirements

Education and Work Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 18 years of experience in the maintenance and operations of mechanical systems in the cement industry
• Experience in a managerial or leadership role.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems in the cement industry
