Essential Job Duties
As the Manager of Marketing Analytics at BambooHR, you’ll step into a pivotal leadership role with the opportunity to grow into our next senior analytics leader. You’ll lead a small team of analysts and own core surfaces of our reporting ecosystem, supporting marketing leadership with performance insights, strategic recommendations, and process improvements. You’ll play a central role in aligning stakeholders, mentoring teammates, and driving analytics maturity across our high-growth Marketing organization.
This role is ideal for a seasoned senior analyst or new manager who is ready to stretch into broader ownership and team development. You'll receive coaching and mentorship from senior leaders as you grow toward full strategic ownership.
