Job Summary: The Learning & Talent Solutions vertical at JioStar is rapidly evolving to enable a future‑ready, high‑performance workforce in a creative and dynamic media ecosystem. This role combines strategic problem‑solving with hands‑on execution—designing, launching and iterating learning programs that build capabilities for today and the future. The role requires strong experience with modern learning methodologies, data‑driven decision‑making, and the ability to collaborate with HR Business Partners, business leaders and employees. Curiosity, experimentation, and a user‑centric mindset are key to thriving here. Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business and HRBPs to diagnose capability needs and design modern learning interventions (blended, self‑paced, cohort‑based, digital‑first) aligned to business priorities
  • Drive end‑to‑end program lifecycle: planning, content curation/creation, vendor partnerships, delivery excellence, measurement and enhancement using data & feedback
  • Manage new-joiner ramp up activities end to end including Day-1 and business induction content and execution
  • Manage technology (LMS, AI‑based tools, learning analytics) to create engaging and personalized learning experiences
  • Introduce innovative learning practices - learning communities, microlearning, gamification, social and peer learning - to drive adoption and stronger learning culture
  • Track learning effectiveness using metrics and dashboards; publish insights that influence talent decisions and business outcomes
  • Manage learning operations efficiently including calendar management, communication, governance and feedback closure
  • Qualifications & Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in L&D, talent development or related roles
  • Post‑graduation in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration preferred

  • Creative problem‑solver with strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management
  • Comfortable with learning tech platforms, data analysis and performance dashboards
