About the Role
The Manager - Learning & Development will sit within Zeta’s Talent Management & Learning and Development CoE and act as a strategic learning partner to the business, building a scalable learning ecosystem aligned to Zeta’s growth, performance, and culture priorities.
Responsibilities
Independently own the learning agenda for assigned Organizational Units (OUs), acting as the primary L&D partner to business leaders and People Partners
Diagnose learning and capability needs using business context, performance data, FGDs, and conversations with managers and leaders
Translate business priorities into structured, outcome-driven learning journeys aligned with organizational goals
Facilitate workshops and learning interventions for various employee cohorts
Lead learning programs end-to-end, including ideation, design, stakeholder alignment, approvals, LMS setup, communication, delivery, and closure
Partner with internal SMEs and external vendors to co-create contextual and business relevant learning solutions
Drive strong learner experience and adoption across programs
Own and lead specific organization-wide learning charters at Zeta level
Manage learning budgets for assigned OUs, tracking spends and generating insights for reporting
Collaborate closely with OU leaders, People Partners, and cross-functional stakeholders, influencing decisions through strong communication and data-backed recommendations

Demonstrated experience independently owning learning for business units or large programs
Strong experience across learning design, facilitation, and execution
MBA / Master’s degree in HR, OD, Psychology, or related field from a reputed institute
Experience in tech, fintech, or fast-paced product organizations preferred
