About the role
As a Manager in Learning and Development within our Center of Excellence for Talent, Culture, and Engagement, you will have the opportunity to impact the learning and development strategy within the organization. In this global role, based in Athens, you’ll be at the forefront of enhancing learning and development initiatives that align with our strategic goals.
You’ll collaborate with local and global HR teams to enhance our learning practices and improve the learner experience. Reporting to our Senior Manager - Learning and Development, and collaborating with the Director of the Center of Excellence, you’ll support our broader talent strategy, making a significant impact on the growth and success of our organization.
