As a Manager, Leadership Development, you will lead a high-performing team of leadership development facilitators, ensuring they are equipped to deliver world-class training, coaching, and other learning experiences. This role exists to strengthen leadership capability at every level of the organization and to ensure our leaders are equipped to lead with clarity, consistency, and care as we continue to grow. Your work will directly impact teammate engagement, leadership effectiveness, and business outcomes.
What you’ll do:
- Impact the professional development and training of Achieve leaders, strengthening leadership effectiveness, engagement, and retention, thereby driving better outcomes for our consumers.
- Identify enterprise-wide and department-specific leadership development needs that maximize leadership effectiveness while reinforcing core leadership capabilities across the organization.
- Leverage internal and external resources to design and deliver blended learning solutions, including coaching, mentoring, instructor-led training, and digital learning experiences.
- Collaborate with internal partners and external vendors to design, deliver, and execute a best-in-class leadership development program for the enterprise.
- Deliver structured leadership learning paths for Achieve leaders at all levels, ensuring a consistent and scalable leadership experience across the organization.
- Provide hands-on coaching and development support to front-line leaders to improve effectiveness, confidence, and skill application.
- Deliver clear success metrics and measurable return on investment.
- Develop integrated communication plans that build awareness, reinforce expectations, and gather continuous feedback to improve leadership development offerings.
- Partner with the instructional design team to create high-quality leadership development content and materials as needed.
- Leverage and build vendor relationships to procure training solutions that align with leadership development strategy.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in leadership development by staying current on industry trends, research, and best practices through conferences, seminars, and ongoing learning.
- Travel up to 20%.
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor's Degree and at least 5-7 years of experience in the learning and development field or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- 5+ years of leadership development training experience.
- Proven experience and success in creating and executing blended learning models that drive behavior change and leadership effectiveness.
- Prior leadership experience within a medium-to-large, fast-growing, ever-changing organization.
- Experience working in a leadership role within a business operation (outside of Training/Development) is preferred.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in creating and delivering highly effective presentations, materials, and leadership development experiences.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and naturally curious with a desire to drive improvement.
- ATD certification is preferred.
